Taking its name from its unique location, the Vineyard Villa is tucked quietly amongst The Landing’s established vines.
An entertainer’s haven or a romantic’s escape, the house features three bedrooms and three separate entertaining areas.
Enjoying expansive views over the wetland valley and out into Wairoa bay, the living quarters offer an open and welcoming space, perfect for entertaining. At the front of the house, a covered terrace provides year-round outdoor dining, while a sheltered courtyard to the west offers sunset views and an inviting open-air fire.
With two king bedrooms and a master suite, the Vineyard Villa sleeps six people comfortably.
A Sanctuary To Make your Own
Designed by award-winning Nat Cheshire of Cheshire Architects, the Vineyard Villa is a sanctuary you can make your own.
On the seaward side, the open kitchen and generous living quarters soak in the morning sun. Glass walls slide away behind stonework to transform the entire pavilion into an outdoor room, a sheltered extension of its landscape.
Understated modern furnishings have been carefully selected to match the villa’s calm aesthetic and work alongside the dark wood and stone materials that run throughout the house.
The Landing Residence, Bay of Islands:
The Landing Residences are a group of four privately owned houses, offering premium luxury and comfort in unparalleled surroundings. They are located in a private gated community that boasts a thousand acres of private beaches, rolling hills, wildlife sanctuaries and historic sites. The properties can be booked individually or together to suit your accommodation needs with a number of configurations available. The other three properties are Gabriel Residence, The Cooper Residence and The Boatshed.
