Designed by Studio John Irving Architects, the structures feature a palette inspired by driftwood, sand, and native vegetation, ensuring they complement the stunning landscape. Guests can choose from a variety of accommodations:

• Suites: These 45m² (484 sq ft) suites overlook the South Course, offering views of the Pacific Ocean and nearby islands. Located near the South Clubhouse and dining facilities, they are available in configurations with one king-size bed or two queen beds.
• Ocean Cottages: Facing northeast to capture optimal light, these two-bedroom cottages provide 140m² (1,507 sq ft) of interior space, complemented by a 40m² (430 sq ft) patio. They boast panoramic views of the golf courses and the Pacific Ocean, and feature an outdoor fire pit for year-round enjoyment.
• Villas: Situated along the 18th fairway of the North Course, these four-bedroom villas offer expansive views of the Pacific Ocean, Little Barrier, and Mokohinau Islands. With a full kitchen, indoor fireplace, and ample living spaces, each villa provides a luxurious retreat for up to eight guests.
