About the Experience
Set off down the grade two Wairaurahiri River exploring the untouched bushland where few have trekked before. Arriving at a remote wilderness hut, your experienced guide will prepare a freshly caught feast worthy of champions. Rise and shine early in the morning and enjoy the easy walk along the South Coast, spotting Stewart Island off in the distance, before jumping in a jet boat (or helicopter) and making your way back up the river. This is one of our teams' favorite experiences - something exclusive, memorable and unlike anything you'll ever experience again!
